We're removing renovatebot and going back to dependabot to be consistent with all the other repo addons (e.g.: https://github.com/qonto/ember-lottie/blob/main/.github/dependabot.yml).
This will also speed up the adoption of conventional commits, since we'll have a single configuration to manage for automatic dependency updates.
